会上，有记者提问：今年是雄安新区设立的第7年，请介绍一下7年来雄安新区的建设情况，以及下一步的重点规划。
王正谱表示，雄安新区是习近平总书记亲自谋划、亲自部署、亲自推动的一项重大国家战略，在每一个重要时期、每一个关键节点，总书记都为我们把关定向、指路领航。7年来，雄安新区从无到有、从蓝图到实景，我们一步一个脚印，一年一个台阶，正在向高水平现代化城市奋力迈进。下面，我从四个方面就雄安新区建设作一个简要介绍。
一是顶层设计基本上完成。我们坚持世界眼光、国际标准、中国特色、高点定位，编制形成了以新区规划纲要为统领，总体规划、起步区控规、启动区控详规、白洋淀治理保护规划为重点，综合交通、生态保护、防洪等专项规划为支撑的规划体系，落实中央支持雄安新区深化改革开放的指导意见，制定金融、财税、审批等配套实施方案，为雄安新区的建设提供了重要的支撑和保障。
二是城市雏形全面显现。启动区骨干路网全面通车，重点市政基础设施基本建成，雄安体育中心等一批标志性项目基本完工，互联网产业园、科学园、总部区及4个综合居住片区形象初显。起步区骨干路网全面开工，第五组团北片管廊等基础设施加快建设。雄商、雄忻高铁等重大工程建设提速。总的来看，目前新区总开发规模184.5平方公里，总建筑面积4300多万平方米，4000多座楼宇拔地而起。
三是创新氛围日益浓厚。依托4所疏解高校和省内高校以及部分企业，成立雄安高校协同创新联盟。中国空天信息和卫星互联网创新联盟加快组建，星网数科、航天宏图等一批产业链企业落户。围绕人才、开放等制度创新，出台顶尖人才、青年人才、大国工匠等16条政策措施，我们称之为“雄才十六条”，在社会上引发了广泛关注。雄安未来之城场景汇启动实施，科创中心、中试基地等科技创新平台发展迅速，新区创新的味道越来越浓。
四是民生福祉明显改善。新区行政区划代码、邮政编码和冀X牌照正式启用。京雄两地企业实现跨省市“一键迁移”，社保卡“一卡通用”，107个事项实现同城化办理。多主体供给、多渠道保障、租购并举的雄安新区住房制度基本形成，12万多群众喜迁新居。千年秀林加快建设，森林覆盖率由设立前的11%提升到34.7%，白洋淀再现“荷塘苇海、鸟类天堂”胜景，新区正成为“妙不可言、心向往之”的城市。
